Nous ne sommes pas des \u00e9valuateurs immobiliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre mandat consiste \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9valuatrices immobili\u00e8res et \u00e9valuateurs immobiliers respectent les lois et les normes de la profession pour permettre au public d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services d\u2019\u00e9valuation immobili\u00e8re s\u00fbrs, \u00e9thiques et de qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019AEINB r\u00e9glemente la profession d\u2019\u00e9valuateur immobilier en administrant les dispositions de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loi constituant la New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers \/ Association des \u00e9valuateurs immobiliers du Nouveau-Brunswick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019AEINB prot\u00e8ge le public des fa\u00e7ons suivantes\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous \u00e9tablissons et appliquons les normes de certification pour la pratique de l\u2019\u00e9valuation immobili\u00e8re et n\u2019inscrivons que les personnes qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces normes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous veillons \u00e0 ce que les membres gardent leurs connaissances et leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 jour gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exigences obligatoires en mati\u00e8re de perfectionnement professionnel continu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous \u00e9laborons et mettons en \u0153uvre des normes de connaissances, de comp\u00e9tences, d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9thique pour la pratique de l\u2019\u00e9valuation immobili\u00e8re au Nouveau-Brunswick.
