Pour \u00e9valuer les bonnes vie et m\u0153urs d\u2019une candidate ou d\u2019un candidat, l\u2019AEINB passe en revue les renseignements sur les infractions, les constatations et les comportements ant\u00e9rieurs. Dans le cadre du processus d\u2019obtention du titre de l\u2019ICE ou de la CNAREA (voir les exigences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9tudes), les candidates et candidats doivent subir une v\u00e9rification du casier judiciaire. En outre, le formulaire de demande comporte des questions pertinentes sur la conduite de la candidate ou du candidat (ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents d\u2019accusations, de condamnations, de mesures disciplinaires, de constatations de faute professionnelle ou d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile professionnelle<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En vertu des r\u00e8glements administratifs de l\u2019AEINB, tous les candidats et les membres doivent fournir une preuve must meet the registration requirements set out in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers Act, 1994,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and NBAREA\u2019s By-laws.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>The registration requirements include:<\/strong><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Education and Training<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must have completed the education and training requirements for designation as a CRA or AACI with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, or equivalent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbarea.org\/become-an-appraiser\/education-and-training\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click here for more details about the Education and training requirement<\/span><\/a><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Past offences, findings, and conduct<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Section 15 of the Act requires applicants to be of good character. \u00a0 To assess an applicant\u2019s good character, NBAREA reviews information about past offences, findings, and conduct. \u00a0 As part of the designation process for AIC or CNAREA (see education requirements), applicants must provide a criminal record check. \u00a0 In addition, the application form includes relevant questions about an applicant\u2019s conduct (history of charges, convictions, discipline, findings of professional misconduct or incompetence).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional Liability Insurance<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under NBAREA\u2019s by-laws, all applicants and members must provide proof of professional liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 in order to be eligible for ongoing registration.\u00a0
