Effective January 1, 1998, an undergraduate degree from an accredited university is required to obtain an AACI designation.  Effective January 1, 2006 an undergraduate degree from an accredited university is required to obtain a CRA designation.

BUSI 100 Micro Foundations of Real Estate Economics
BUSI 101 Capital Markets and Real Estate
BUSI 112 Real Property Law & Real Estate Ethics
BUSI 400 Residential Property Analysis
BUSI 443 Real Property Assessment
BUSI  344 or 444 Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal

BUSI 399 Guided Valuation Case Study Single Family or
Single-Family Demonstration Appraisal Report or
BUSI 444/841 Comprehensive Case Study Examination equivalency 

Communication/Business Report Writing – Waived if student holds a 4-year undergraduate degree from an English – or French -speaking university or if a student has successfully completed BUSI 499.
